Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in the UK — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We don't ship internationally at the moment.

How long does delivery take?
Everything ships from UK stock. Order before 4pm on a working day and we dispatch the same day. Delivery is typically 2–4 working days from dispatch.

What does delivery cost?
Calculated at checkout based on your order. Free delivery is available on qualifying orders — the threshold is shown in your basket.

How do I track my order?
You'll get a dispatch email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier. If it hasn't arrived within a couple of days, check your spam folder before getting in touch.

What if I'm out when it arrives?
The carrier may leave it somewhere safe or with a neighbour and will let you know. Most offer the option to reschedule or redirect to a collection point.

My order hasn't turned up
Check your tracking link first. If the delivery date has passed or tracking hasn't moved for a few days, email hello@prodirecttools.com with your order number and we'll chase the carrier for you.

What warranty does this come with?
Every sprayer is covered by our 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which are not affected.

How do I make a warranty claim?
Email hello@prodirecttools.com with your order number, a description of the fault and any photos. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Will it fit my DeWalt batteries?
Yes. It's designed to fit DeWalt 18V DCB series batteries — the same ones that run your drill and impact driver. If you're unsure about a specific battery, email us before ordering and we'll check.

Is this a DeWalt product?
No. This is a compatible aftermarket tool designed to run on DeWalt 18V DCB batteries. It is not manufactured by, sold by, or affiliated with DeWalt or Stanley Black & Decker.

Are batteries included?
Not with the sprayer on its own. If you don't already have DeWalt-compatible batteries, the bundle includes two 8.0Ah batteries and a charger.

Who are Pro Direct Tools?
Pro Direct Tools is a trading name of Cresva Commerce Group Limited, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16907083). Email hello@prodirecttools.com and we'll reply within 1–2 working days.

What's your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return your order for any reason. Items need to come back unused and in their original packaging. Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods.

How do I return something?
Email hello@prodirecttools.com with your order number and the reason. We'll send you return instructions and a returns label where applicable.

Do I pay for return postage?
Changed your mind — return postage is on you. Arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect — we cover it. Contact us first either way so we can sort it.

My order arrived damaged or faulty
Take clear photos of the item and the packaging and email hello@prodirecttools.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

I've received the wrong item
Email us with your order number and a photo. We'll collect the wrong item and send the right one, or refund you in full — your choice.

When will I get my refund?
Within 14 days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take a further 3–5 working days to show it.

How do I place an order?
Add what you need to your basket and follow the checkout. You'll get an order confirmation straight away, and a dispatch email with tracking once it's on its way.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email hello@prodirecttools.com as soon as you can. We'll do our best, but once an order has been dispatched you'll need to use our returns process.

Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account just makes it easier to track orders and manage returns.

Is VAT included?
Yes. All prices include VAT.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. All payments are processed securely and we never store your full card details.

Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Klarna is available at checkout, letting you spread the cost across three payments. Klarna's own terms and eligibility checks apply.

Why was my payment declined?
Usually insufficient funds, a mistyped card number, or your bank's fraud checks. Check your details and try again, try another payment method, or contact your bank. If it keeps happening, email us and we'll help.
