Filters & Strainers

Most blocked nozzles are caused by bits in the paint. Our filters and strainers stop them before they reach the tip: 100 micron paint strainer funnels, stainless gun filters from 30 to 200 mesh, a 60 mesh suction tube filter and a 12-piece gun set with guards, tips and filters.

Buying guide

Which filter where?

  • Strainer funnel — strain paint as you pour it into the pot or bucket.
  • Suction filter — on the airless pick-up tube, keeps grit out of the pump.
  • Gun filter — in the gun handle; finer mesh for thin paints, coarser for thick coatings.

Change them regularly

Clean filters after every job and replace them when they're damaged or clogged.
