How do I place an order?
Browse our range at prodirecttools.com, add items to your basket, and follow the checkout process. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a dispatch confirmation with tracking details once it's been shipped.

Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes, contact us at hello@prodirecttools.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but once an order has been dispatched we're unable to make changes and you'll need to follow our standard returns process.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply makes it easier to track orders and manage returns.

Will compatible batteries work with my existing tools?
Yes. Our compatible batteries and chargers are designed to fit and function with the corresponding brand platforms. For example, our Makita Compatible 18V batteries work with Makita 18V LXT tools. If you're unsure whether a product is compatible with your specific tool, contact us before ordering and we'll check for you.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your intention to return, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

How do I return an item?
Contact us at hello@prodirecttools.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a returns label.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, return shipping is at your own cost. If the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we'll cover the return shipping — just contact us first so we can arrange it.

My item arrived damaged or faulty — what should I do?

I received the wrong item — what should I do?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. It may take a further 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer international shipping.

How long does delivery take?
Our products are shipped from UK-based stock. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days. Large or heavy items may take 5–7 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

How do I track my order?
